Adolf Eichmann was the Nazi SS-Oberstrumbannführer (lietuenant colonel), who escaped after the fall of the Third Reich and eventually made his way to Argentina, where he was discovered and captured by the Mossad in 1960. He was smuggled to Israel where he was tried and executed for war crimes in 1962. Some, such as the ANP, saw this act as an illegal kidnapping and were outraged. The pamphlet reprints the text supposedly written by Eichmann in captivity, though mentions the dispute over legitimacy.
